Return/Exchange Procedures

1. Check the return deadline
Exchanges and refunds can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Prepare your return/exchange
Please provide your order number, email address, and product photos.
3. Return/Exchange Request
Submit your return/exchange request using one of the two options below.
     – Text in English (213-820-4516)
     – Email in English /Korean (ceo@raumme.com)
4. Return/Exchange Costs
     – Seller negligence (defective product, misdelivery, etc.): No cost to you (free return/exchange)
     – Consumer fault (simple change of mind): Restocking cost of 30% of the product amount + shipping cost
5. The cases of no return/exchange
     – 7 days after receiving the product.
     – Lost components or damaged, broken, or contaminated due to mishandling.
     – When the product’s packaging is damaged or the product’s tag is removed.
     – When it cannot be resold.
     – Products that are not defective in any way.
     – The colors and images of the product in your device may differ from those of the actual product due to differences in monitor resolution. In this case, your returns/exchanges request may be limited.
